Business owner and head chef Grady Spears says, “I'm not really a chef. I'm just a cowboy in the kitchen.” Spears got his start by being thrown into the kitchen of the Gage Hotel in Marathon, TX, cooking up meals for 100 dining room guests. And like they
say . . . the rest is history. His unique cowboy cooking caught on like wildfire as his talents have opened up numerous doors for sharing his amazing craft with audiences and food connoisseurs nationwide.

Grady has been the mastermind behind the unique cuisine for multiple restaurants, ranging from Fort Worth, TX, to Beverly Hills, CA, and Las Vegas, NV. His portfolio of television appearances also spans a variety of programs, from Good Morning America to The Rosie O'Donnell Show and Food Network specials like Cowboy's Kitchen and Food Fights. His culinary expertise was so impressive that he was even called to the Texas governor's mansion to cook for George and Laura Bush prior to their move to Washington, D.C.

His experience in the kitchen is also recognized through endorsements of many well-known brands, such as Bud Light, Pepcid Complete, and Miller Lite. In 2010, Grady embarked on a project with Reliant Stadium (now NRG Stadium), creating menus for the Houston Texans, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and the Super Bowl. As if that weren't enough, he also had his own weekly show on RFD TV, aptly named "The Cowboy's Kitchen."
